The modern day primary schools in some ways is dictated by the beliefs of the parents, holding back the free flowing education that primary schools at large promote, one of the most controversial area is letting kids go on the school residential away days, this alone stirs up so much debate, in reality the participation allows pupils in most cases to interact with others from other schools on a day to day basis, also helps them develop listening skills as they must follow instructions from leaders and helpers from these residential establishments.
